Yoga Mat Factory & Manufacturing Capabilities

Two manufacturing facilities supporting scalable yoga mat and accessory production worldwide.

HTS YOGA, a Verde Group brand, coordinates manufacturing in Jiangsu and Guangdong, China, with capabilities covering foaming, lamination, vulcanization, cutting, printing, sewing and packaging. The network supports yoga mats, accessories, multi-SKU programs and repeat B2B supply for international markets at scale.

Manufacturing Built for Scalable B2B Supply

Different production routes are coordinated through shared product specifications, approved references and production planning, helping projects move from development into scalable manufacturing and repeat supply.

Our Manufacturing Network

HTS YOGA production is supported by two manufacturing facilities within the Verde Group manufacturing network.

Sansd (Jiangsu) Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.

No. 9 Zhiyuan Road, Economic Development Zone, Jurong City, Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province, China 212400

The Jiangsu facility supports yoga mat and accessory manufacturing, processing, assembly and order fulfillment within the HTS YOGA production network.

Dongguan Tongtianxia Rubber Co., Ltd.

Building 2, No. 36, Xinhe Road, Xincun, Wanjiang Street, Dongguan City, China

The Dongguan facility provides additional yoga product manufacturing capacity within the group production network.

Product specifications, approved samples and production requirements are coordinated according to the manufacturing route selected for each construction. This allows different product constructions to be managed within one coordinated commercial project rather than treated as separate sourcing programs.

Core Manufacturing Capabilities

Our manufacturing network supports the key processes required for foam, rubber, laminated and textile-based yoga products.

Manufacturing Capability
Production Support
Foaming
Foam-based mat production with controlled thickness, density and cushioning
Lamination
Multi-layer constructions combining different surface and base materials
Vulcanization
Rubber-based yoga mats and rubber-backed constructions
Cutting & Finishing
Standard or custom dimensions, profiles and finished edges
Printing & Logo Application
Screen printing, digital printing, heat transfer, embossing and laser marking
Sewing & Assembly
Textile components, straps, labels and yoga accessories
Packaging
Retail, private label and export-ready packing

Not every construction requires every process. The manufacturing route is selected according to the material system, layer structure, surface treatment and finished-product requirements, allowing each yoga product to use the appropriate combination of processes.

Yoga Mat Constructions We Support

Our manufacturing network supports the main material systems used across commercial yoga mat programs:

TPE · Natural Rubber · PU · Cork · Suede · PVC · Jute · NBR

Each construction can be reviewed according to the required performance, surface, dimensions and commercial specification.

Production Capacity & Multi-SKU Planning

Capacity is planned against the actual product specification rather than a single fixed output figure for every yoga mat or accessory.

Daily production output may vary according to:

Standard bulk production is typically 15–30 days after sample and specification approval, subject to the individual product and production schedule.

From Approved Sample to Bulk Production

Bulk production begins from an approved specification and sample rather than a general product description. This creates a clear production reference before materials, artwork and packaging are released for manufacturing.

1. Specification Review

Material, construction, dimensions, thickness, performance requirements, color, branding and packaging are confirmed.

2. Sampling & Approval

Samples are prepared for evaluation before production.

Standard samples for established constructions are typically available in 5–7 days. New constructions may require additional time when material trials, tooling or development iterations are involved.

The approved sample, artwork, color reference and confirmed specification establish the production reference.

3. Production Preparation

Materials, colors, printing files, packaging and manufacturing requirements are prepared according to the approved project.

4. Bulk Manufacturing

Production is carried out using the applicable manufacturing processes against the confirmed specification.

5. Inspection & Release

Finished products are checked against approved production requirements before packing and shipment preparation.

Projects requiring more development work can be managed through our Sampling & Prototyping process.

Maintaining Consistency Across Repeat Orders

For B2B programs, consistency across replenishment orders can be as important as the first production run.

Repeat orders are checked against the product and packaging references established during the original approval process. Depending on the project, these references may include:

Where available, approved samples and documented production references can be used to compare subsequent orders with previous production.

Quality, Testing & Compliance Support

Production consistency is supported through incoming, in-process and final checks against approved specifications and samples. Detailed inspection stages and product-testing methods are covered in our Quality & Testing system.

International projects can also be supported according to product, material and destination-market requirements through:

Testing scope and supporting documentation depend on the individual product and market requirements. See Certifications & Documentation for further details.

Warehousing & Export Preparation

Manufacturing does not end when production is completed. Our China-based warehousing and export-preparation operations support the transition from finished goods to international order fulfillment.

Support may include SKU separation, retail and export packaging, barcode and carton labeling, palletization where required, and shipment documentation preparation.
