Yoga Blocks Manufacturer
HTS YOGA manufactures in-stock and custom yoga blocks in EVA, cork, bamboo, and high-density EVA for wholesale and private label programs, with flexible sizes, branding, packaging, sampling, and bulk production support.
Develop Yoga Blocks Around Product Requirements
Yoga blocks can be developed in different materials, sizes, firmness levels, and surface constructions to support different product positions. EVA, cork, bamboo, and high-density EVA each create different combinations of weight, support, grip, cushioning, and structural feel.
For brands and commercial buyers, material selection is usually considered together with dimensions, density, surface texture, color direction, branding, packaging, and target price. These variables influence both the physical characteristics of the yoga block and how it fits within a broader product range.
HTS YOGA supports stock sourcing and customized yoga block development for private label, wholesale, studio, retail, and promotional programs. Products can be supplied individually, in pairs as yoga block sets, or coordinated with products across our Yoga Accessories range.

Yoga Block Materials and Construction
Material selection affects firmness, unit weight, compression, surface feel, structural stability, grip, and shape retention.
EVA Foam Yoga Blocks
EVA yoga blocks use a lightweight foam construction with adjustable density and firmness. Different constructions can provide varying levels of cushioning, support, and compression resistance while keeping unit weight relatively low.
EVA blocks may also be described as foam yoga blocks, yoga bricks, or support blocks within broader yoga props collections.

Cork Yoga Blocks
Cork yoga blocks provide a firmer and denser construction with a naturally textured surface and greater unit weight than standard EVA foam.
Development typically focuses on surface consistency, grip, edge finishing, dimensional control, and acceptable natural material variation.

Bamboo Yoga Blocks
Bamboo yoga blocks provide a rigid construction with high structural stability and a smooth natural-material appearance.
Key considerations include dimensional consistency, surface finishing, structural stability, and smooth or beveled edge treatment. Bamboo can also provide a rigid natural-material alternative for buyers comparing bamboo and conventional wooden yoga blocks.

High-Density EVA Yoga Blocks
High-density EVA yoga blocks provide greater firmness and compression resistance than standard lightweight EVA while retaining relatively low unit weight.
They can be developed where buyers require improved shape retention and a supportive feel while maintaining relatively low product weight and efficient carton loading.

Compare Yoga Block Materials for Product Development
Different materials create different balances of firmness, weight, surface feel, performance, branding flexibility, and product positioning.
Material | Relative Firmness | Weight | Surface | Key Performance | Color & Branding Flexibility | Typical Position |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
EVA Foam | Soft–Medium | Lightweight | Smooth or Textured | Cushioning, lightweight support | High | Entry–Mid |
Cork | Firm | Medium–Heavy | Naturally Textured | Grip, stability, firm support | Medium | Mid–Premium |
Bamboo | Very Firm | Heavier | Smooth and Rigid | Structural stability, shape retention | Medium | Premium |
High-Density EVA | Medium–Firm | Lightweight | Smooth or Textured | Compression resistance, supportive feel | High | Mid–Premium |
Yoga Block Sizes, Density and Firmness
HTS YOGA currently supports two standard yoga block sizes.
The 3-inch and 4-inch descriptions refer to block width rather than overall length.
Blocks with the same dimensions may still feel different because of material density, firmness, compression, surface texture, and unit weight. A larger yoga block is therefore not automatically firmer or more supportive.
Alternative dimensions or larger yoga block formats can be reviewed according to material, construction, quantity, and production feasibility.
Standard Size | Metric Approximation | Common Description |
|---|---|---|
3″ × 6″ × 9″ | 7.6 × 15.2 × 22.9 cm | 3 inch yoga block |
4″ × 6″ × 9″ | 10.2 × 15.2 × 22.9 cm | 4 inch yoga block |
Define a Complete Yoga Block Specification
Yoga block specifications should be reviewed as a complete construction rather than as isolated dimensions or material choices. Size, density, firmness, surface texture, edge profile, and unit weight together influence product feel, support, compression, and positioning.
For EVA constructions, changes in density can affect firmness, cushioning, compression, weight, and shape retention. With cork or bamboo, material structure, surface finishing, edge treatment, and unit weight become more important to consistency and product feel.
A typical development sequence starts with material and size, followed by density or firmness, surface requirements, color and branding, packaging, order quantity, and final sample approval.
Where a complete specification is not yet available, HTS YOGA can review reference products, intended market, target price position, and performance priorities during development.

Match Yoga Block Specifications to the Sales Program
Studio and fitness programs may prioritize repeated handling, firmness, consistent colors or branding, and efficient bulk packing, while retail and e-commerce programs may place greater emphasis on color consistency, branded presentation, labeling, and individual packaging.
Private label collections may also coordinate yoga blocks with mats, straps, towels, resistance bands, or other accessories through shared colors, logos, and packaging. Defining the sales channel early helps align product specifications, packaging format, order quantity, and sampling.

Wholesale, Bulk and Custom Yoga Block Options
Available stock yoga blocks can be sourced without MOQ, subject to current inventory. Custom MOQ applies when project-specific colors, logos, packaging, or specifications are required.
This creates two practical sourcing routes: stock products for faster evaluation or smaller requirements, and customized production for defined branding, specification, and packaging programs.
Stock colors, sizes, and quantities should be confirmed before ordering.
Yoga Block Type | Custom MOQ | Sample Time | Production Time |
|---|---|---|---|
EVA Yoga Blocks | 500 pcs | 5–7 days | 15–30 days |
Cork Yoga Blocks | 100 pcs | 5–7 days | 15–30 days |
Bamboo Yoga Blocks | 100 pcs | 5–7 days | 15–30 days |
High-Density EVA Yoga Blocks | 500 pcs | 5–7 days | 15–30 days |
Custom Colors, Logos and Branding for Yoga Blocks
Branding and visual customization depend on the selected yoga block material and surface construction.
EVA and high-density EVA provide greater flexibility for Pantone color development, while cork and bamboo retain more of their natural material appearance.
Applicable logo methods may include:
- Embossing
- Screen printing
- Laser marking
- Laser engraving
Logo size and position can be adjusted according to artwork, block material, and the intended visual result.
More detailed artwork, logo placement, printing, and marking requirements can be developed through our Logo & Printing service.

Private Label Yoga Block Sets and Packaging
Yoga blocks can be packed individually, in pairs, or as part of a broader yoga props and accessories collection.
Packaging may include protective packing, paper sleeves or belly bands, branded retail or e-commerce boxes, labels, barcodes, inserts, and carton markings.
Pack configuration affects unit count, carton dimensions, labeling requirements, and freight efficiency, so the final format should be confirmed before packaging approval.
For broader collections, yoga blocks can be coordinated with yoga mats, straps, towels, resistance bands, and other accessories where colors, branding, and packaging need to work across multiple SKUs.
Retail presentation, artwork, labeling, and export packing can be developed further through our Packaging & Labeling service.

Quality Control for Yoga Blocks
Quality control is based on the approved product specification, reference sample, branding, and packaging requirements.
Dimensions and Construction
Inspection may cover dimensions, unit weight, density or firmness, edge consistency, structural stability, and visible deformation. Dimensional and weight tolerances can be confirmed according to the selected material, construction, and approved specification before production.
Surface and Appearance
Surface texture, color consistency, EVA compression, cork variation, bamboo finishing, and visible defects are reviewed against the approved sample.
Branding and Packaging
Logo position and quality, packaging configuration, labels, barcodes, inserts, and carton markings are checked before shipment.
Additional product-specific inspection or testing requirements can be reviewed through our Quality & Testing process.
